I have been a piano teacher for over 15 years and a vocal coach for over 8 years. I completed my piano pedagogy certification at MCC in 2009. I have accompanied choirs, vocalists, and instrumentalists for over 20 years. I currently play for the services for the Mountain View Lutheran Church in the East Valley. I also accompany their choir and two praise groups. I hold three recitals per year. In my studio I have a Yamaha baby grand and a Korg keyboard, as well as high-tech video and audio record capabilities. A recent vocal student of mine won "Best Improved Vocalist" at Highland High School. I sang with ASU's Choral Union for six years, and MCC's Schola Cantorum choir for three years. I won the "Best Madrigal" award in high school, received the highest score in the state pf AZ in auditioning for All-state Choir. I also accompanied numerous vocalists at MCC from 2004-2009. I love music and I love to teach students who love music. It's not just my profession - it's my passion!
